What to do if buttons are doubled in my email template or campaign?

In some edge cases buttons might be doubled in Outlooks. This is how you can fix it.

To be able to support "fully clickable buttons" Chamaileon generates a button code that's very tricky and might not work perfectly in some edge cases when the given email goes through a strictly configured Outlook exchange server.

The server might remove essential parts of the HTML and as a result, the show on mobile/desktop settings breaks, and buttons get duplicated.

The double button issue can be solved by switching to the new "Compact" button type or by completely switching "Off" the fully clickable buttons option under the Email Export / Settings or Email Properties.

The "Compact" type will still be fully-clickable but when you switch this feature "Off" only the text on the button will act as a link.
