If you want to move your element up, down, left or right in your email, you have to click on the box which you want to move in the breadcrumbs on the top left corner of the email editor.
Then, on the right side of the editor you will see a toolbox where you will find margins and paddings. Turn on the ''Separate'' switch to see all 4 sides.

Here you can add px to move your box.
