Projects are the top-level folders in a Workspace, helping you stay organized.

Each Project has its own access settings, such as Role permissions, ideal for managing teams, clients, or departments. Workspace administrators are automatically project admins for all projects, giving others access and roles.

Remember: no Project Role = no Project Access.

You can access the Project setting next to the Member icon list or in the project list by clicking the gear icon in the project menu.

Email Design System attached to Project

At the bottom of the project settings panel, you can select an Email Design System to attach to the project.

It means that from that point, you can access that Design System's assets within the project.

Also, you can add elements to the Design System from the emails and templates in that project.

In this case, the "New email" menu is a bit different, because the options are replaced to a Design System context and instead of pre-made templates and template library you can choose from Design System templates.

Master Blocks in Projects

The other feature organically working within projects is the Master Block.

Master Blocks are full modules (blocks) of email that update everywhere on each change. If you have the same Block in multiple emails/templates, any changes in any of those instances are updated in every other instance instantly. Sound good, right?

You can access them at the "Master Blocks" tab within a Project.

And you can create new Block by clicking the "Add new" button (or saving a Block when editing any email designs by saving as a Master block).

When the Project is attached to a Design System (see above), new Blocks are created from Design System Blocks as well.
