TLDR; If you have spacing issues and see this orange icon in the Email Builder, click on it.

Sometimes, Chamaileon users see an orange "Convert Document" notification on the top bar of their email editor when accessing an email template.

This notification appears when an email/landing page still uses an old text-box format not supported since 2022. This notification could also appear for imported documents.

When this notification is visible, there might be spacing (margin-padding, divider) issues in the design, causing differences in the editor screen and preview screen rendering.

By clicking on the notification the Convert function automatically runs in the background, and it eliminates all the non-wanted spacing issues, fixing the design.

It needs to run only once per email/landing.

So long story, short: when you see that icon, click on it.
